The Comprehensive Agricultural Development Master Plan (CAMP) is a long-term national development framework that provides strategic guidance for the transformation of South Sudan’s agriculture, livestock, and fisheries sectors.
Developed with technical support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), CAMP serves as a twenty-five-year roadmap for increasing productivity, strengthening value chains, improving food security, attracting investment, and promoting sustainable use of natural resources. The plan identifies priority interventions and investment opportunities that support economic growth and rural development across the country.
